The Little Engine That Could. Because it teaches children to believe in themselves and work hard to achieve their goals.

My favorite childhood toy was Barbie dolls.
Who is your greatest inspiration?
My greatest inspiration is my family.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
Being my family, going to the beach, going to Disney, baking, and reading.
What inspired you to work in pediatrics?
I wanted to be a doctor for as long as I remember, and I always liked children, so it was really a no brainer.
What unique qualities, skills, or services set you apart, and how do you build a positive rapport with patients and their families?
I think being an immigrant gives me a different perspective that most patients in the area where I serve appreciate, and we are able to connect.
