What is your favorite children's book?
The Berenstain Bears Series - I loved that it taught you about family, honesty, importance of learning and humility and respect for those around you.
What was your favorite childhood toy?
My Little Pony's
Who is your greatest inspiration?
My paternal uncle who was a Physician in Internal Medicine. He dedicated his life to caring for others with unmeasurable love, humility, kindness, generosity, honesty and respect. All characteristics which spilled over daily to his family, friends and all around him.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
Cooking, Major League Baseball fan and fine dining.
What inspired you to work in pediatrics?
During a volunteer event with our pediatric group at medical school, I fell in love with interacting with children and their eagerness to learn and understand their body. The honesty and innocence with which they give you their attention.
