Since 1955, Pediatric Associates Chapel Trail has provided exceptional patient care for children at our clean, state-of-the-art facility in West Pembroke Pines. We look forward to welcoming you soon!

Pediatric Associates Chapel Trail is located in Chapel Trail Plaza, about 5 minutes from the Chapel Trail Nature Preserve. Many patients come to us from Chapel Trail Elementary School, Silver Trail Middle School, and West Broward High School, but we serve the entire West Pembroke Pines community.

If your child is sick and needs same-day care, Pediatric Associates Chapel Trail has you covered. We will place you with the first available care provider.

Pediatric Associates Chapel Trail is open until 7:00 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays for children who need later appointment times. Can't get to our office during the week? We're also open on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Got late-night questions about your child's health? We've got answers. Our Medical Advice line is staffed by triage nurses who are specially trained to provide pediatric care 24 hours a day.

Pediatric Associates Chapel Trail processes routine screenings, lab tests, blood work, and more in our own laboratory, allowing us to communicate the results immediately with your child's pediatric care team.
