Our office is located in the Ives Dairy Crossing Shopping Center (same plaza as the Winn Dixie supermarket), just west of I-95 at the Ives Dairy Rd exit. From I-95: Take Exit 16 (Ives Dairy Rd) and head west for about 0.3 miles. The plaza will be on your right. From US-441 (NW 2nd Ave): Head east on Ives Dairy Rd for about 1 mile. The plaza will be on your left, just before the I-95 overpass.
