What is your favorite animated movie or cartoon?
My favorite animated movie is *Frozen*.
What is your favorite children's book?
My favorite children’s book is *The Monster at the End of This Book* because it is simply adorable.
What was your favorite childhood toy?
My favorite childhood toy was my softball glove, and I still have it.
Who is your greatest inspiration?
Dr. Cotler because he is full of knowledge and has a very kind heart.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
Spending time with my family, reading, playing softball, going to the beach, and taking care of my butterfly garden.
What inspired you to work in pediatrics?
My best friend and her sister were both injured in a car accident as teenagers that left them paralyzed. Watching them have to overcome so many obstacles while requiring the full time care of medical professionals inspired me to become a nurse then eventually a nurse practitioner. I enjoy being a calm (and often humorous) presence for my patients and their families during well exam and sick visits.
