I have 5 children with the oldest being 24 and the youngest being 4. All 24 years have been spent with Pediatric associates. Service has always been on point. My kids are happy and healthy. I love that I can choose preferred doctors and there are so many ways to communicate and get your needs met

it’s incredibly hard to reach the office line to speak to someone at a location.

After yesterday's experience I had to come on here and give recognition to this specific associate who helped us navigawhat should have been such an easy process to get my daughter seen by a specialist after she broke her wrist. As most parents find out it's incredibly hard to reach the office line to speak to someone at a location. Not a bad thing but in true emergencies it is kind of difficult..... I was able to be transferred to the Bloomingdale location to get a referral in record time all with the help from Heather and Shannon W. Both worked tirelessly and continued to call us and check in to ensure that we received the documents that the documents were correct and that they were sent to the provider in record time.... we struggled to get an appointment with a specific orthopedic doctor to help my child and they couldn't get us until Tuesday without a referral. Even though Shannon had sent the referral several times and the call center had sent the referral they still didn't get it. Shannon was also able to refer me to a different orthopedic doctor that got my daughter in the very next day and was 10 times less hassle with referrals. These ladies worked their hardest to get everything done and continuously checked up on me throughout the day. It was extremely comforting to know that they were here to help, and went above and beyond to help myself and my daughter get this done. Thank you ladies!!

Love pediatric associates, I haven't met a single Dr I didn't like even when my original Dr wasn't available for sick appointments. Everyone is super sweet and knowledgeable at the 2 locations I've been to. (Riverview and Bloomingdale) The online thing... The healow specifically is craziness. I have 3 children and connection to all 3 accounts has been the hardest for me. Maybe it's just me idk.
