I don’t normally do this because i always choose the rare and few people I see in this field that makes me want to take the time go online and do this but both my kids go to pediatric associates in lauderdale lakes, but recently I scheduled in plantation and as I walked in I was greeted by Suzette. Very welcoming and her smile is very inviting even when my kids are not feeling well. The office was clean and doctor was great, but Suzette impressed me!!! A keeper

I was in the office with my daughter a few days ago and I was greeted in such a welcoming and professional manner by a young lady who made me feel so happy for being their after out encounter. She updated all my info and assisted me with checking in and making sure all aspects of my check in was accurately done! Her name when I asked was Suzette. She is definitely an asset and I loved that she was very calm and receptive. I was waiting for 45 mins, and before I could come up to inquire when I would go back to see my child’s doctor she was already calling me up to keep me informed of what was going on all with an apology and reassuring me. I was very impressed because she made both my daughter and I feel important and relevant.

We had an excellent experience with Tabitha today. She was incredibly patient, thorough, and caring throughout our visit. We were concerned that our daughter might be overdue for her Hepatitis B vaccine, but instead of making assumptions, Tabitha carefully reviewed every page of our vaccination records in detail. She took the time to investigate thoroughly and ultimately discovered that the missing vaccine information was documented on the sticker labels attached to the back of the vaccination card. Thanks to her attention to detail and dedication, she confirmed that our daughter was not overdue for the Hepatitis B vaccine after all. What impressed us most was her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure we had the correct information. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care gave us complete confidence. I would not hesitate to consult with her again anytime. Pediatric Associates is fortunate to have someone like Tabitha on their team. She is truly one of the best healthcare professionals we have encountered, and we are very grateful for her outstanding support.
