So the medical assistant was absolutely phenomenal and sadly, I cannot remember her name, but then we saw Dr. Hightower and she was awesome, out of all of the experiences that we have had going to this doctors office, I don’t know if they have let go some of the old employees that have been there for a long time, but she is the best doctor that we have been to in all the years that we have gone there, the girl who checked us out, was by far the nicest, and had the best personality out of anyone that has ever checked us out in the past so this was hands-down the best experience that we have ever had. Dr. Hightower is who we will be seen from now on exclusively

she did a very thorough exam on him really paying attention to every detail.

We saw Shirley for our first newborn visit with our baby girl and she was amazing! She sat down and spent time with us, made sure we felt comfortable with everything, evaluated our breast feeding technique and ensuring my daughter was getting adequate intake, and she seemed to really care about her wellbeing. We also have previously seen Dr. Delgado and she was great as well! My older son has been dealing with recurrent issues and she did a very thorough exam on him really paying attention to every detail and gave us proper referrals and treatment course of action. I highly recommend this group!

Love all of them in the office. From doctors to NPAs, manager & the supporting staff. You just need some understanding as to why you are delayed because they take their time to see the little souls to find better care rather then skimming through & miss something.They give every patient their full attention & time is never on their side. So if you want your child be treated right & with care then this is the place for you. Just give them time & understanding as to why they're behind. It could be your child they're working on & giving their full attention.

Love this practice! The Ormond location has always been amazing- never need to wait long and everyone is so kind. I’ve taken both of my children here since moving here two years ago and never had any complaints! They always have sick visits available and all the info you need is easy to access on the app they switched to recently. Highly recommend all the doctors here as well! ❤️

It was my daughter's first appointment today and we fell in love with the doctor just listened was concerned to the mother of my advice and what I thought at hand and applied it she applied it and that means everything to me because sometimes a smothers we know better than the doctor knows what's wrong with our babies so we'll be sticking around for a while
