What is your favorite animated movie or cartoon?
My favorite animated movie is Shrek (2001).
What is your favorite children's book?
My favorite children’s books were the comic versions of The Iliad and The Odyssey, even though I did not read many children’s books growing up.
What was your favorite childhood toy?
My favorite childhood toy was medical toys.
Who is your greatest inspiration?
My Parents. They turned their life upside down and migrated away from our country of birth so that we could have a better life.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
My hobbies and interests outside of work include cycling.
What inspired you to work in pediatrics?
The need for pediatricians and the calling to help one of the most vulnerable members of our society.
What unique qualities, skills, or services set you apart, and how do you build a positive rapport with patients and their families?
Even with limited time, I do my best to connect with families and their specific needs. We also provide circumcisions for the families that want it for their newborn babies.
